Ok, so I haven't seen you guys in a while and I know how much you guys miss me... *Crickets Chirping*

I am willing to work with any one of you guys that may get a ticket. Speeding, Seatbelt, Registration, License Plate, or Whatever*. Now, I know you're thinking, Cameron... I have lawyer, or Cameron, how the hell are you going to help me.

Well its really simple,
1. You have God given rights
2. I want to teach you, your rights.
3. If you do not know your rights, You have no rights.
4. Lawyers do not help you get out of tickets, and they do not protect your rights. They help feed the system that abuses your rights everyday.

All I want to do is educate everyone of your rights and assist you in your fight to protect them.

The governments job is NOT to govern you. Governments job is to govern ITSELF, and COMMERCE not a private person.

I can show you how to write up your own orders, so when you go to court you have done the DA's job and hopefully you get out of court faster with a win.


Now I know some of you are thinking... just pay and move on, or I don't have time to go to court...

2 things,

If you fight enough tickets and appeal if you loose and take it to county and show that every time you get a ticket you will fight it and waste their time, MONEY, and energy, they will make a note on your license and the next time you get pulled over they will tell you to slow down and have a nice day....

Second,
IF YOU WIN, YOU CAN AND WILL BILL THE COURT FOR YOUR TIME!

Thats right, if you win they pay, you loose, you appeal and waste more of their money!


I am not making this up... and its so simple to understand.

I have 3 tickets right now...
1 for speeding, 2 for registration.

I am fighting all three, in fact the speeding ticket I have, I just mailed off the paperwork to change my plea and sent in a order to have it dismissed. And I am about to go to court in Arlington for Registration, and I have to send another order to Dalworthington Gardens for dismissal.

If any one is interested about hearing more and learning your rights, I am more then happy to talk about it on Monday Night... I will be there if any one is interested.

If you want to know more please post on this thread, I am going to make copies of state laws and Supreme Court rulings to help you understand and see just how simple this is... but it also will show just how abusive the system is.

you have anything for a Paupers Affidavidit (inability to pay court/appeal cost)?

All you need to do is draft a paper of why you are unable to pay court cost and show evidence.

You notarize it and boom...

What specifically are you trying to do...?

I mean you do realize if you fill that out and turn it in, and the courts want to investigate, and determine that you can pay the cost... thats perjury ... so I wouldn't file that unless you have true financial issues, on top of that its mainly used for people in jail... who cant pay restitution or whatever fees.

i got hit the other day on the tollway in morning traffic. i could tell it wasnt much, so i just kept going and so did the other guy. he then called the cops and they were at my house an hour later issuing me a ticket for "failure to give aid during an accident" ( its because i didnt stay at the scene and another ticket for unsafe lane change when i was trying to merge. the douche hat that hit me called the police! anything i can do to fight this? the trooper said if it was more than 200 dollars worth of damage he would have arrested me.

The failure to make a lane change is something that I could help with ...

That kind of citation is what I call, a ticket with no complaining party.
Which if your accused of a crime there has to be someone complaining about the crime.
I know your thinking, well wouldn't that be the state, or the officer, or something like that...?
Simply put... NO. It can't not be the government.
WHY???
Cause you need to retrain your mind to understand what the government was setup to do...

Yes the Declaration of Independence is a legal document... I could explain but I dont have time.

So that means the governments powers are linear to that, they can only convict someone of a crime if there is an injury to someone else's rights and/or property.

As far as the other issue, You could fight it... and take the same stance as I explained above... they would have to have the other guy come to court being the complaining party... If he doesn't show then there would be no complaining party, nor would their be a witness... if he did... he hit you, on top of that he did not stop, if he would have pulled over you would have pulled over... but you just ignored it and went on... it was his fault... and you did him a favor.

Also, if he called in, and you were issued a ticket by an officer that did not ever witness the event there is no jurisdiction based off of ONE persons say-so evidence. Unless they can prove you made a lane change illegally they have no jurisdiction to give you a citation...
